Thank you for visiting our new Internet site. After 51 years of service to the precision parts industry Federal Automatic Screw Machines, Inc.'s assets and property have been sold to S & S Machining, Ltd.  All of the our production personnel were hired by the new owners, Cliff and Rhonda Shindeldecker, so you should see no difference in our precision automatic screw machine parts. 

S & S Machining, Ltd. started in 1996 and Cliff had 25 years of automatic screw machining experience before starting S & S Machining Ltd.  S&S has Acme Multiple Spindle Screw Machines, and CNC capabilities.  This merger of assets into our building now combines the single spindle Brown & Sharpe Automatic Screw Machines with the multi-spindle and CNC capabilites to accomadate any size precision screw machine parts order.
